How do I register my IP addresses?

This can be carried out online where you can register your internet addresses and accept the RSC Terms and Conditions of online access. Online access will be activated within 5 working days of registration. Please note - you do not need to re-register for online access in subsequent year as long as you continue to subscribe to the same journals. 

How do I change my IP addresses?

You are responsible for communicating any IP address changes to the RSC in order to maintain online access to your subscriptions. To update your IP ranges please email us with the changes. Simply click on the email address below. 

How do I access my usage data?

To ensure the security of your institution access to usage reports is administered by a username and password. Librarians or other authorised persons must first register with the RSC before their unique username and password can be issued. To apply for your institution's username and password and to receive details of how to access your COUNTER-compliant RSC journals usage data, please complete the form below. 

How can I purchase a single issue?

To place an order for an individual issue contact our distribution service for information. Please include the following information about the individual issue you would like to purchase: journal name, year, volume and issue number.
