Issue 10 of Molecular BioSystems (Impact Factor 4.12) is now available: just click the cover image above right

Welcome to issue 10 of Molecular BioSystems!

The latest issue of Molecular BioSystems has a strong metabolomic content including a primary paper by Gipson et al on a multi-platform metabolomic investigation of diabetes using a murine model and highlight articles on fish metabolomics (Samuelsson and Larsson) and environmental metabolomics (Viant). Featured on the cover this month: an article on -omics strategies in the study of sulfur metabolism in plants (Hirai and Saito).

This issue also contains a paper by Watterson et al on inferring Boolian networks with perturbation from sparse gene expression data, and highlight articles on kinetochore assembly (Yao and He), computational models in reconstruction of gene regulatory networks (Bezerianos and Maraziotis), reciprocal chemical genetics for swift lead and target identification (Kuijl et al) and reversing cells and oscillating motility proteins (Leonardy et al).

Don't miss next month's Special Issue in honour of Professor Bruce Alberts (UCSF) on the subject of macromolecular machines!

We welcome submissions of high-quality communications and full papers. For further details about the scope and other author guidelines take a look at the links on the left. Submit your next paper to Molecular BioSystems, we look forward to hearing from you!
