About ChemComm Symposia
ChemComm Symposia aim to bring together scientists in a stimulating and friendly environment that fosters collaborations between the researchers and universities involved. Each Symposium is devoted to a topical area of the chemical sciences, and consists of three one-day meetings at selected locations within the host country. All ChemComm Symposia are completely free to attend.
The First ChemComm International Symposium on Polymers and Polymer Science, was held with great success in China in December 2007, with meetings in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The symposium was extremely well attended and met with an overwhelmingly positive response from all who took part.
In this Second Symposium, the programme of international and locally-based expert speakers is now supplemented by a poster session, showcasing the work of local universities.
Interested in attending?
If you think you may be interested in attending the Second ChemComm International Symposium in November 2008 in Korea, please contact the ChemComm Editorial Office to express your interest and advise them of which date you would be attending.
We are still accepting poster submissions and a prize will be awarded at each location for the best poster. If you or someone from your research group would be interested in presenting a poster at one of the events in Seoul, Daejeon or Pohang, please let the ChemComm team know.
