Easier-to-use templates for RSC Journals Authors

Technical changes have been made to the RSC Journal templates, to assist authors submit papers in a format resembling the journal layout.
Enhancements include:
- a new toolbar to aid the insertion of images
- a help window, providing on-screen assistance whilst using the template
The new templates have been introduced as a result of feedback from authors, in particular those submitting Communications to RSC Journals. Communications often have specific page restrictions. Use of the template gives authors a better judgement of the length and layout of their final paper. Use of the template is mandatory for submission to ChemComm.
