Part of the Royal Society of Chemistry in the UK, RSC Publishing is the first chemistry publisher to complete an agreement of this type for current content.
Following an earlier deal that provided access to the RSC Journals Archive, this latest agreement means that, from January 2008, all universities and publicly funded research institutions in Germany will have access to all RSC journals and databases published from 1841 to the present day.
The agreement is part of an initiative to improve access to specialised electronic resources for German universities, research institutes and academic libraries, financially supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft and coordinated by major research libraries like TIB.
RSC Journals are recognised as the fastest in the field. This is made possible by a dedicated, professional staff and innovative electronic workflow systems.
More than 160 years of essential research at your fingertips.
The RSC Journals Archive contains almost 1.4 million searchable pages of ground-breaking chemical science papers published between 1841 and 2004.
