British Library Research Service

The LIC is pleased to work collaboratively with the British Library in providing enhanced services for RSC members.  The service they offer complements the RSC's Chemical Enquiry Help Desk and focuses on the unique collections of the British Library, one of the largest collections of business literature in the world. 

A comprehensive information service supporting a full range of business activities.

The fee-based service is operated by specialists in the fields of business information and intellectual property.  Services include:

• Market overviews 
• Trade statistics 
• Competitor intelligence 
• Overviews of relevant EU and UK legislation
• Lists of potential customers and suppliers

The service is offered to Royal Society of Chemistry members at an hourly rate of £74.00. This is an 11% discount on the standard tariff rate:
