Does the RSC run conferences for chemistry teachers?
Yes. The RSC organises a range of conferences and seminars aimed at chemistry teachers. These are mostly coordinated by the RSC local sections.
There are 35 Local Sections throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland
Do I have to be an RSC member to attend RSC conferences?
No. The courses are open to anyone interested in attending, subject to availability of places. However, members do receive significant discounts on the registration fees for all RSC courses (this discount is usually equal to, or more than, the cost of the annual membership subscription).
