Careers Conferences

Careers conferences are an excellent opportunity to speak to: 

• university admissions tutors
• representatives from professional bodies and educational organisations
• people working in all sorts of industries.    

These events are a great opportunity to get your questions answered on issues like:

• which degree course might suit you
• what career opportunities are available
• which qualifications you need for your chosen career   

The RSC attends several careers conferences each year. We host a joint stand with the Institute of Physics and the Biosciences Federation so there is always someone available to answer questions related to all these areas of science. You can also collect lots of information to take away with you and read at your leisure. 

We are attending the following UCAS Higher Education Conventions in 2008:

• 19 - 21 January 2008  - SECC, Glasgow
• 1 - 3 April 2008 - Brompton Hall, Earls Court, London
• 28 - 29 April 2008  - Bath University, Sports Training Village, Bath
• 1 July 2008  - Hallam FM Arena, Sheffield
