Improving the Transition
The Chemistry for our future (CFOF) Teacher Fellowship scheme has been instrumental in developing resources and effective liaison between schools and colleges and universities by providing the link between academics and school teachers. This has helped to understand students' needs and, how by working together teachers and academics can help with what can be a difficult transition.
