Chemistry of the Senses
Far from being a tool used to compile and study a collection of elements in a Table, the science of chemistry impacts on everyone, everywhere and everyday. This demonstration lecture seeks to introduce and explain some of the chemical principles that are intrinsic to how our human senses work and which bring our world alive.
