Nutrition for Non-Nutritionists
The aim of the course is to provide non-nutritionists with sufficient knowledge of basic nutrition and topical health issues to cope with the nutrition-related aspects of their job. The course will be interactive in style and will focus on the practical application of these issues to the food industry and their impact on the development of new food and drinks products. The course provides a basic nutrition overview of current nutritional topics with an emphasis on the role of nutrition in health and disease.
